Background:
TSW Training is a leading welsh training provider offering professional learning and development programmes to both public and private sector organisations throughout Wales and the UK.  They had already ventured into social media and wanted to use it to drive traffic to their website and then turn that traffic into increased sales.  In addition they wanted to increase the SEO of the brand and increase search results generally whilst also increasing customer perceptions of them a company with good and prompt customer service.  However, they were keen that they should not be perceived as ‘forceful’ in the marketplace and preferred to achieve growth through offering sound content and engaging with potential customers.


The Solution:
To take the existing social media presence and streamline it ensuring that the branding was consistent with their website.  Specifically:
  • Facebook – Create a landing page that showcased TSW and was in line with their website
  • Twitter – Tidy up the existing corporate account ensuring that corporate and personal Twitter feeds did not duplicate content.
  • LinkedIn – Modified the existing page and incorporated the products and services in more detail
  • You Tube – To create a You Tube channel to which will be added branded videos about training course content, facilities, trainers etc.
  • Foursquare – To set up and confirm locations and encourage people to check in when attending training sessions.
  • Blog – To set up a blog that discusses products available as well as general information and articles about training generally.
  • To ensure that articles, tweets, links, details of updated products & services etc. are posted regularly across all social media and fully integrated so that that when one social media has a post it is also highlighted across the others.
The social media feeds are being monitored daily with for mentions of the company and also for direct customer communication that comes to TSW to enable them to respond appropriately.  


Progress to date:
All of the above have been set up to the client's satisfaction and delight and very active engagement is being seen as a result of some excellent blog posts being written by the client which we are able to maximise via Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
