Industry: Marketing

Background:
Armstrong Beech had a website which was already driving business to the company. In addition they had a social media presence, although it was uncoordinated and not being used effectively. Armstrong Beech wanted to streamline and co-ordinate their web presence to improve the SEO and search results across the board and also to increase their brand’s visibility on social media outlets. In addition they wanted to increase the customer engagement and become a source of information about marketing matters.
The Solution:
To streamline existing and new social media ensuring that the branding was consistent across the board. In addition all social media postings/articles were integrated ensuring that when Blog entries/tweets etc. were posted the information was automatically posted via the other social media outlets. This was achieved by:
- Setting up a new Wordpress blog and transferring any old blog entries across. Articles/posts of varied content were then made at regular intervals.
- Converting the existing Facebook profile to the required page format and creating a landing page with consistent branding. Companies already following Armstrong Beech were located and cross pollination between the networks was used to grow followers and increase customer engagement.
- Amending the branding on the existing Twitter to be consistent with the website and other social media. Tweets were posted regularly with industry information, offers, top tips etc.
- Ensuring that all other social media postings were linked/integrated to the existing LinkedIn account.
The Armstrong Beech web presence was monitored and any communication from the social media feeds reported back to the client to ensure timely and appropriate responses, thus building trust with their followers.
