WSI eMarketing is a dynamic, friendly and expanding office based in Charfield, South Gloucestershire. We are looking for sales staff who can feel our customers’ pain, understand their needs and provide the right solutions to help their business grow.

WSI is a Google Global Partner and a Microsoft Certified Partner. We are an Internet Marketing consultancy that provides effective online marketing solutions. We are looking for Sales Executives with a consultative approach to play a very important part in the ongoing success of this dynamic, friendly and rapidly expanding WSI office based north of Bristol at Charfield.

As a Sales Executive, your role is to sell the WSI portfolio of Internet Marketing services. This will include but is not limited to paid placement advertising, website development, internet solution development, internet marketing services, consultancy services, workshops, social media and search engine optimisation packages.

Initially the role will be focused on paid placement advertising and website development until you get to know the WSI portfolio better.

The role will require you to:

  • Be self motivated and focussed as you will required to work both independently and also as part of a team

  • Work with existing customers in a consultative way

  • Develop existing leads

  • Generate new leads using a variety of sources

  • Sell across the portfolio from entry level high volume services to high value consultative services.

  • Use a range of techniques including telephone, email, online and direct face to face meetings.

  • Work effectively with office based support staff and suppliers

The role is full time and will be office based for 1-2 days a week. There are opportunities for this role to be undertaken as a part time job share.

Initially you will be required to use your own car and be prepared to visit clients, typically within 1 hour of the office. This role is subject to having a full clean driving licence and providing a taxed, insured, MOT'd vehicle suitable for visiting clients. 

Skills & Experience


  • A track record in sales or business development is essential

  • Knowledge of consultative selling techniques will be an advantage

  • Ability to talk confidently to clients and prospective clients

  • Driven, Motivated & Goal Orientated

  • Disciplined and Resilient. 

  • Desire to build a career in Digital Marketing and has a genuine interest in the space.

  • Good level of commercial acumen/ understanding

  • Able to handle pressure situations and think on your feet, is a fast learner/ problem solver


  • Knowledge and wide use of internet technologies, to browse, shop, communicate and use internet services will be an advantage.
